PRIVACY POLICY

REFUND POLICY
Brick & Mortar
  • Returns accepted for 7 days from purchase with receipt for initial form of payment.
  • Store credit given after 7 days or without a receipt up to 14 days.
  • Final sale on all clearance, sale, intimate apparel, jewelry, and special orders.

Online

  • Returns accepted for 14 days after receipt on new product for store credit.
  • Final sale on all clearance, sale, intimate apparel, jewelry, and special orders.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, no stains, no smells, no pet hair, tags attached with your receipt (original or copy). We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refund for any returned items, based on its condition.
  • Want to exchange? There is not a guarantee we will have what you are wanting once we receive your return. Your best option is to make a new order.

You should expect to receive your gift certificate within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to send you the gift certificate information (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).  For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

All shipping charges are a flat rate per order of $9.95.
