Shipping & Returns

Brick & Mortar

  • Returns accepted for 3 days from purchase with receipt for initial form of payment.
  • Store credit given after 3 days or without a receipt up to 7 days.
  • Final sale on all clearance, sale, intimate apparel, jewelry, and face masks.

Online Returns

A return or exchange for store credit is accepted for 14 days after receipt of order. 

  • All return or exchange items must include the original receipt and not have been worn, have tags attached, and have no stains, smells, or pet hair.  
  • Since an exchange cannot be processed until the original order item is received by Scout and Molly’s, it may be better to place a new order to ensure the item is available. 
  • All sales are final on jewelry, intimate apparel, face masks, sale items, and special orders.
  • You should expect to receive your store credit within four weeks of mailing your return package to Scout and Molly’s.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).  For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

All shipping charges are a flat rate per order of $9.95.
